General Information

Don Bosco English Medium School, situated at Monigram under Sagardighi Police Station and Sagardighi Block in the district of Murshidabad, West Bengal, was established on 31 March 2005. The school is administered by the Registered Trust of Don Bosco English Medium School and governed by The Roman Catholic Diocese of Krishnagar.

The school holds permanent affiliation with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, for conducting the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) examination. It has also been granted probationary affiliation to offer the Indian School Certificate (ISC) programme, reflecting its continued commitment to academic excellence and holistic education.

Although established primarily to serve the Christian community, the school welcomes students from all religions and backgrounds. Admission is open to all without discrimination on the grounds of religion, caste or creed. The school is dedicated to providing quality education while fostering moral values, discipline, character formation, and the holistic development of every student.
